I felt bad and tried my best to get the docs to them, however they didn't want to hear my challenges. They said I had more than enough time to do the faxback and drop off for next day. There was no way I would be able to do this in the short period of time. I truly understand that due to not faxing the documents back immediately caused non funding, I accept that, however I managed to fax the documents in the same day and I sent the documents this morning because I missed the drop last night. I didn't expect the signing to take as long as it did, there were questions the borrower needed answered, I had to call ASAP PRO NOTARY, but the representative did not help she directed me to the title company. I called the title company and the representative had to explain some of the verbiage to the borrower. This took up some of the time, not to mention the borrower was reading every page  . I don't think it's right to hold payment after I printed over 150 pages, and drove over an hour one way. They were not nice to work with.
April wasn't a nice person from the beginning I asked a few questions regarding the documents before the closing and she question me by asking how many signings have I done? I thought this was rude of her. April a message through snap docs that wasn't nice stating it was my fault the borrowers could close on their home last night and I would not be paid at all. She changed the dollar amount to $0.
What did I learn
1. To purchase a mobile scanner
2. To not take fax back immediate late in the day or when I have another appointment close to the date.
