I think Jeffery makes a good point. Companies keep getting away with non-payment and stay in business because no one is willing to take them on.
Jeffery: If you're willing to pursue this, Hurrah! for you!! Information about lender is available at county recorder's office (if recorded) or title company used is available by reaching lender. Any attorney worth his/her salt can easily obtain or demand (in discovery) this data. It would be wonderful if you could retain an attorney on contingency. Don't know if they'll do that in this type of matter.
Insofar as seeking other victims, you may want to post on the coffee site, number site, NSA LinkedIn groups, NSA xyz groups, etc.
