JMO, the lender won't accept this. They will want their own and provide her the proper format they will accept with a given time frame and specific for this transaction. In FL (not CA) the title will have their attorney draw up a specific POA for this transaction and that is the only one they can use and will get recorded with the mortgage, and accepted by the lender. General POA's will not work, and they have a limited amount of time over here. |
