The client said two other notaries would do it.
Then WHY didn't the client use one of those notaries.

As you know, you need to stick to your written notarial laws as YOU interpret them. In the event something goes "bad" with what YOU notarized, "but my client told me" or "my client told me two other notaries would do this" is no defense.

Not meant to read harsh, but to quote someone else "it triggers my Spidery sense."
