| One issue I have with the CA notary handbook is the vagueness that it is written in. Too many things are left up to interpretation, and then every so often they release memos with a few specifics that many notaries never see. I spoke to the SOS office and was told that if they went into specifics about everything that the book would be so big that no one would be able to lift it from the floor. |
