This seems as good a place as any, to post my question / concern . . . I'm in the military. My case is now at the US Supreme Court on the question of whether a PREDATED uniform residential mortgage instrument is lawful or even legally enforceable...meaning that the MORTGAGE is signed, witnessed, and fully executed about a week BEFORE the underlying predicate PROMISSORY NOTE.
It out of Florida and the alleged mortgagee was given a SUMMARY judgment to avoid proper scrutiny of the mortgage documents at a trial. |
