docs to be pre-dated, especially on a purchase. We just can't post-date. There is no need for you to be concerned with the document dates. I don't know about CA, but I don't see any laws being broken. If there's a RTC, they have more than 3 days, not less. If you weren't comfortable with the signing you should have turned it back so they could find someone else. It's never our place to argue with the lender. |
