I got an email and phone call this AM from XYZ title company regarding a signing that occurred last Thurdsay at 4 PM EDT.
Where are the docs! They should've been here by Friday! You must ship same day! The lender expects it, and so do we! No exceptions ETC, ETC. ETC.
Well, the signing was 4PM, it concluded at around 5PM, and the last p/u for Fed Ex is 4/4:30, so it had to go out Friday, I never heard anything from them on Friday, the day they say they were expecting it. No more jobs for you, bimbo! You screwed this up royally!
Well, they are really pissed! I can't believe it.
I did my best to apologize for the inconvenience, and explain the situation, but to no avail.
Can anyone offer a better solution or way of handling it when they get you under the gun that way?
