Your only option is to sit down with a lawyer.
I've lost track now of the number of times I've run across this (bad POAs). One of the worst examples was the daughter trying taking care of mom using a 25 yr old POA drawn up by the old family lawyer (a dear family friend). It turns out that the "dear old family friend" misspelled daughters name and that no one noticed it for the past 25 yrs. He has since died and Mom is no longer able to sign anything now.
It was a nightmare to clean up.
