What part of shelter in place and go out for emergencies only do you not understand? WHAT FOR DOING iS PART OF THE PROLEM!!! They have found that the virus can live cardboard for 2 days, which means it can live in paper.

Look at the businesses deemed essential. Nowhere is a Notary mentioned it even a Title Company! No part of a loan signing is deemed an emergency. There will likely be procedures to have an interest rate lock or closing date extended.

Stop now before you contribute to the spread of this virus. It's not worth it!
