If we assume this wasn't all intended to be tongue-in-cheek, that's probably a step too far, as far as notarizing going offshore.
There are federal and state laws involved regarding notarizations and acceptance between states of transactions executed in other states. There are further requirements between some nations. The key example that comes to mind are the apostille requirements between participating nations under the Hague convention. That doesn't mean there might not be exceptions. |
