Yep, no doubt about it. I think you made a wise move a couple of years ago.

Based on your advice and actions, I started focusing more on GNW. So right now my GNW business is growing. It is really not that difficult. You do have to MARKET, MARKET,MARKET. My phone does ring. Right now I have a good mix of GNW and NSA business. Now if my NSA business goes to ZERO, that will be a problem. However I don't foresee my NSA business going to ZERO in the next 12 months. I could be in denial. I just don't forecast remote closings sweeping the nation.

I have done one Pavaso hybrid closing. I can tell you that the borrowers hated it and wanted to make a copy of the docs that I brought with me. It was just a very awkward process.
