Your experience with Pavaso mirrors my experience with Amtrust & Flagstar a few years ago. The borrowers didn't really like the process.
We're in the tech age, and "millenials" are going to go for the webcam process. I still have my doubts about the whole concept, and have not jumped on board with electronic notarizations here in VA. I will probably regret not getting involved, but I can't see working for the co. that's promoting it. I'm going some GNW, but the loan signing side of things has just about disappeared.
