| I had the same thing happen to me they sent the check and deed. I called the seller she knew nothing about the transaction. I shred it all after contacting the hiring party. I think it's a scam to take someone's property. This women said she didn't own the property and never did. Apparently she had the same name as the real owner and he was going to record the deed. S@#$T happens. We all should be looking at land records on our own property to make sure no one has tampered with ownership. I do it on occasion. |
