She was CC'd...I will contact her soon and if I have to reprint a whole new package. Not much you can do on a Sunday night.
There was no decisions on my part, I just couldn't sign the package the way it looked, especially if one person will not be there and on title docs, they are saying the other borrower not to sign title docs, 2 mortgages both ways, 2 dif. sets of RTC's....Morally I can't have borrower's sign both ways so the lender can "pick 'n chose" the best package later...there can only be one right one and that is what I was asking. It was a sloppy package, they need to clean it up. Makes them look bad and me look bad because I have to go through it with them. I wouldn't be comfortable signing both ways if it were me, and I have no explanation of what they were thinking. |
