| The original post presented a pretty complicated situation, but in my notary life I have run across what seems like similar situations, where a borrower is not an owner. The first couple of times I double-checked with hiring agency, and was told it's perfectly fine. At first, it doesn't make sense that someone owes money on something they don't own, but it happens in the mortgage world. |
