Just got the new package, much cleaner, many names removed! Yeah! He is not on the mortgage nor RTC. No RTC because it is his 2nd home, only she needs the RTC as her primary. Still learning after all these years. I knew this, but the dots weren't connecting, but figured this out before asking. lol
