| What a company like the ss you describe don't seem to realize is that we are a business providing an independent contractual business service. We decide our fees just like they decide what they will pay. If they don't like it then they don't have to do business with you and vise versa. Personally, I think your offer of 25.00 for that many fax backs was more then fair! I would have charged more. In my business, anything over 5 fax backs I charge for. That is my decision on how to handle my fees. I would just put this in your "live and learn" file and don't do business with that company again. It's not worth the stress. |
