| I had something similar to this happen to me. When I spoke to the borrower at the time I confirmed our meeting time, he said he did not need any copies because he already had looked at everything. (Personally, I would want my set of copies, but I was going to argue that with the gentleman). What I ended up doing was making copies of everything that said he should have a copy of, 2 of the RTC. It ended up where I only needed to make about 20 copies of various pages that I left with him. I didn't feel the need to tack on a price for 20 copies. I also wrote up a little note for him to sign that said he was informed that he did not have a full copy of his docs and that this was ok. I did add on what he did receive copies of, however, and I kept a signed copy of this form for myself and sent the other one in the Fed Ex package with the docs. Didn't have any problems. |
