| I've had to go to court for something similar. I just brought my journal, and a copy of the line where he signed. It was very fast, the judge asked me if the signer was of sound mind, and if he knew what he was signing, and asked if it was my stamp and signature on the notarization. I stated yes to all of his questions, and the judge let me leave. Hope it will go fast and smooth for you, since all you needed to do was notarize the sig. |
