It sounds as if you didn't have much advance notice of the hearing...so I can understand if the E&O company didn't respond within 24 hours...but they should get back to you no later than Monday, 10/30. If you purchased the policy through an insurance agency, call them instead and have them make the calls to the insurance company. That's why we get paid a commission from them.
