I think a good many people jumped into it without a lot of research and knowledge and quickly became disenchanted with the pimples of this gig. Loan signers once upon a time were regarded with much more respect and regard. Not so much any longer.

Wishing you well in your future endeavors. I totally understand your reasoning.
