Well, we do not discourage anyone, but tell you how it is, and brutally honest. You can waste time and money and go head first and then be discouraged later from not getting the volume you thought you would be getting or paid like you think you will, or tell you upfront what to expect with your eyes wide open.
As Linda said, you take on a much more active role than most of us doing closings where we are, so we cannot say what you will experience in your state, only ours.
Maybe contact other in Louisiana and see how they are doing honestly? That's the only way you will know and then be your own judge. |
