The great thing about public records is that they're so... public.
Just to update this - Huffington Post reporters used a FOIA request to try to get more information on the problem with these sites the county wants to close. In responding to the request, the county was unable to provide a single document, record, report, or analysis that made any mention of issues - either structural or related to the ADA - with the polling places You'd think an inspector would have at least filed a report if the situation was so dire as to require closing the facilities just prior to an election.
