I am glad this has been opened up for discussion, because many of feel like we have been doing something wrong, when in fact it is impossible practically to get direct calls from a lender or title company. There seems to be no in's, only preferred notaries who they will call when need be, but generally through a 3rd party. So far FL, CO and MN agree that getting direct work is nearly impossible, where as CA is different. How about the rest of you out there? |
