| You are correct no where does it mention RON. I am sure RON will come into play with some fraud issues when and if it spreads through more of the country. I am only bringing this to your attention because if fraud is on the rise in any way in Real Estate transactions it is only a matter of time where I feel (maybe I am just wishful thinking) that RON will cause some fraud with Notarizations. Yes, docusign is here to stay and my customers (I am also a Realtor) is very handy and most everyone loves it. |
