Yes, I did and I had found the exact same information. It goes without saying there is a Credible Witness personally known to both notary and subscribing witness. Both Credible Witness and Subscribing witness still have to sign the journal, and although they do not require identification for the SW, I would still ask and include this in the notary journal.
