My Dr. at my clinical trial recommended this to me vs the traditional counting calories when I brought up that I just started a diet. I decided to abandon that ship and try it so am changing gears and eating the rest of the non-keto foods before I start it. She lost 130 lbs in 1.5 years herself and loves it. If anyone tried it, any recommendations on a good app? Any good cookbooks? Hints and tips? TIA |
